We started Candorra Consulting on a simple idea: architectural drawings should be precise enough to build from and clear enough for a homeowner to actually understand. Over ten years, that's meant surveying properties properly, listening closely to what a project needs to achieve, and producing drawing packages that planning officers, building control and builders can all work from without confusion.
As a family-run practice, every project is handled directly by our team — not passed between departments. You'll speak to the same people from your first phone call through to your finished building regulations drawings.
We work across residential extensions, conversions and new builds, as well as supporting clients on the property investment side of a project, helping you understand the numbers and potential of a site before you commit to it.
